How to Make Stir Fry

Cooking is not exactly one of my strong points. Mostly, I don't have the time or patience to deal with it. I throw stuff together, and hope for the best.

So, the other day, my husband sent me a video. It  pretty much describes how I operate in the kitchen. I'm sure you'll be amused.

    I can make a mean stir fry!
    I can also hit the garbage can.
    And I believe that was vegetable abuse.

      Yes, I believe it was vegetable abuse, too. Even I am not that cruel to vegetables. :)

    Dont take any notice Sherry, Many tears ago my edest son was on the phone to his girl friend, hubby was putting a new picture on the wall, the girl said to my son "What's that noise?" my son wittingly said "Oh that's dad hammering the lumps out of mums gravy" I never lived that down and even now if they were speaking to me I would be reminded of it.

      No worries. Sometimes my fingers go faster than my brain, and I mess up, too. (Or are my fingers slower than my brain?) :)

      I do well when I try. I don't like cleaning up, though. But nobody else will do it for me. ;)

    My mom is attempting to teach me to cook long distance, since she never taught me when I lived with her. I think she didn't want me messing up her kitchen but she doesn't care if I trash my own. The saint that is Janie Junebug ordered me a slow cooker so that I can actually stand a chance at cooking.

      Lucky you! My husband is a pretty good cook. But I almost always have to clean up after him when he does it.
